With over 50 Sales Professionals in more than 6 locations throughout Dubai, it is the luxury leader in the markets it serves. We are currently recruiting a very limited number of experienced professionals for the role of Conveyancing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and assisting client individual requirements.
• Coordinating with banks for approvals/valuations/settlements.
• Coordinating with developers for NOCs and developer transfers.
• Coordinating and assisting with Land Department Transfers.
• Coordinating and assisting with Power of Attorneys and documentation attesting.
• Writing real estate agreements, consulting on mortgage documents, and planning lease documents.
• Coordinating and sourcing property title deeds through the Dubai Land Department.
• Issuing Sales and Purchase Agreements, termination of contracts, Notices, Transfer of ownership, loan closure documents, title deeds, Amendment Letters, and Sale & Purchase Agreements.
• Handling legal termination of non-performing sales contracts with the Dubai Land Department and reprocessing units back to the developer system (DSR).
• Handling property registration, deregistration, customer complaints, and DLD Unit Registration in the Oqood System.
